Atlas Floors Carpet One, San Antonio Carpet and Flooring

I had been looking for laminate and carpet for quite a while. I considered several competitors, but none offered carpeting I liked, and I kept receiving conflicting information about the type of commercial laminate I wanted.

I was finally fortunate enough to discover Atlas Flooring at 1604 and meet the owner, Bill Mahone. Atlas offered many different laminate choices, and Bill was happy to answer all of my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and obvious passion for his work. None of the competitors offered a single type of carpet that I wanted, but Atlas offered so many that I had difficulty choosing just one. From that point forward, I knew that Atlas was the right choice for me.

Robert and Daniel, the installers, did an outstanding job on the laminate and carpet. I was impressed by their professionalism and attitude. The finished job is beautiful and even better than I had expected. Our 33-year-old home looks brand new now thanks to Atlas.  

I would highly recommend Atlas to anyone looking for a professional, high quality job. I want to thank Mr. Mahone for his help and compliment his store. I also want to thank Robert and Daniel again for the amazing job they did for us. Atlas has been in business for many years, and the quality of work they do is why they have lasted so long.

Visited this business and was super impressed with the staff there; especially Jonathan Yokley, our sales representative. He was terrific in helping us narrow our requirement, extremely patient in answering questions and offering advice when asked. Would recommend anyone considering flooring consider shopping here. 

Bill Mahone, the owner of Atlas Floors contacted me personally about my situation in the review below.. He discussed my situation with the salesman involved and informed me that the salesman in no way represented the business the way he hoped it to be represented. He is well spoken and was willing to do whatever it would take to satisfy me with his service and price. Unfortunately, I had already ordered product elsewhere and was unable to do business with Atlas Floors this time around, but I can honestly and proudly refer this business to anyone looking for floors, and I do think it is one of if not the best flooring companies in San Antonio. I have been to many other stores and no place is as neat, organized, and has the wonderful ambiance that Atlas Floors has. I feel I missed the chance to deal with this 3rd generation family owned business and help out my local economy as I had wished due to the salesman and the way he handled his job. If Bill would have been there or contacted me sooner, then I would most certainly have purchased the flooring from them, even if it was at a slightly higher cost as I believe that supporting local family-owned businesses is the right thing to do and makes me feel proud. And on top of all this, as a sign that he really does value my business, he had one of his delivery guys come by my house and deliver a free floor cleaning and care system. This alone shows this man cares about the service his business provides, since he was unable to supply me with the floor I needed (not his fault, just an unruly salesman that has been coached on the situation according to Bill) he ensured at a loss to his business that I would be able to care for the floor I had ordered elsewhere. He has won referrals to all my friends and family as well as any future flooring needs I will have, and there will most definitely be some when i build my dream home in the future.
